Chief Mechanic/Inspector/Technician

As a rated pilot Josh was always interested in how the airplane worked and the ever changing technology in aviation. He spent 6 years in the military working with aircraft electrical, avionics, and weapon systems for Army helicopters. After his military service ended he became an aircraft mechanic and has been working with general aviation aircraft for the past 17 years. Josh is an A&P with specialized Cirrus training. (CAPS, composite repair, paint, Garmin perspective).

Aaron had an interest in aviation from an early age. He received his private pilot license at the University of Minnesota Crookston. He graduated from Northland Community & Technical college with his A&P license and is currently pursuing advanced Cirrus and Cessna training to further his knowledge as a mechanic. Aaron grew up in the great state of MN and loves working on aircraft and as a team at TCA.

Production Supervisor/Inspector/Technician

Lydell began his mechanical career 40 years ago in the race car industry. With over 25 years in a management position,  Lydell now uses his skills as an A&P Technician. Lydell has been fascinated with aviation his entire life. His father was an aviator and owned airplanes during his childhood. His favorite pastime today is maintaining and flying his own Piper aircraft! We thank Lydell for serving our country in the Navy and Naval Reserves. Lydell and his wife Jennifer have been married for 34 years. They have two sons, Lydell III and West. The other two furry family members are Mr. Tootles and Jazze.
