How far in advance do I need to book a charter flight?

The whole point of chartered flight is to travel at your convenience. Twin Cities Charter can accommodate virtually any travel request with little advance notice.

Does charter flight pricing change based on the number of passengers?

No. The cost of a charter flight is based on the destination(s) not the number of passengers. A charter flight can be less expensive than sending multiple people on a short notice commercial airline flight.

What is the typical use for Twin Cities Air Charter Service?

Typical use includes business or pleasure trips within an 800 mile radius for 1 to 5 passengers.

What type of aircraft will I fly in?

Twin Cities Charter offers luxurious travel in a high performance Cirrus SR22 or Piper Navajo aircraft. Click here to learn more about our aircraft.

How many passengers will the plane carry?

The Cirrus SR22 can carry up to 3 passengers. The maximum total weight limit is 480lbs including passengers and baggage. The Piper Navajo can carry up to 5 passengers. The maximum total weight limit is XXXX lbs including passengers and baggage. Trips longer than 800 miles reduce the available payload and may require a refueling stop.

What kind of weather can you fly in?

Clouds and rain are not a problem. High winds, thunderstorms, snow or icing in the clouds can cause a flight delay or cancellation. Our aircraft are equipped with weather detection equipment to track potential bad weather during the flight.

How do I book a flight?

Contact Twin Cities Charter at 763-780-4375 or email (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for quotes and reservations. Advanced reservations are recommended for best service, however, they are not required.

What if my plans change after booking a flight?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled flight time will be charged a $200 cancellation/booking fee.

What if I am late?

Please call us if you will be more than 1 hour late. The standby rate of $45 will be charged to your account after 1 hour. But the plane will not leave without you.

How do I arrange for ground transportation?

Let us know your requirements for ground transportation when you book your flight. We will be happy to help you arrange for a rental or courtesy car if available.
