Aircraft Rental is calculated on a Dry Rate. Fuel is charged at the going rate on the day of the flight. Fuel burn for the Remos G3 is 5 gph. Fuel burn for the Piper Warrior is 8.5 gph. Fuel burn for the Cessna 172SP is 10 gph. Fuel burn for the Piper Arrow and Cirrus SR20 is 12 gph. Fuel burn for the Cirrus SR22 is 18 gph. Fuel purchased off site will be reimbursed at up to a maximum of the daily posted rate.

Billing/Payment Options
TCFT has several options for payment for flight training and pilot supplies. Most of our customers establish pre-payment accounts with the company. Charges for flight training and supplies are deducted from that account on a flight-by-flight basis at the conclusion of your lesson or rental. Customers may also pay for their training, rentals, or supplies on a pay as you go basis. TCFT accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. Unless prior arrangements have been made by management there will be no billing accounts except for government contracts. Charges not paid at the conclusion of your lesson that must be billed will be charged a $5 processing and collection fee.
Flight Bonus Plan / Block Discount
Our cash/check pre-payment program offers our customers a flight bonus credited to their account. If you use a credit card for the prepayment you will be invoiced at credit card rates.
Pre-payment of $2500-$4,999 - a bonus of 3% will be credited to your account
Pre-payment of $5000-$7,499 - a bonus of 5% will be credited to your account
Pre-payment of $7,500 and above - a bonus of 7% will be credited to your account.
TCFT encourages our customers who choose the pre-payment option, to maintain a positive balance in their pre-pay accounts. The bonus is determined by the amount on deposit for a minimum of 24 hours.
